Holding an MBA from Bentley University and leadership roles at companies such as Vida Shoes, VIVOBAREFOOT, and S’well Bottle has allowed Michelle to start her own business where she provides consulting services across categories for brands such as Marie Raxevsky Beach Couture and fractional leadership roles with companies like Sayn Beauty. Her unique balance of integrating art and science that are evident in her out of the box strategies fine tuned with hard data, stemmed at a young age where she became published Journal of Epidemiology for a study on cell phones related to brain cancer rates while pursing her passion of ballet.
Enthusiasm continues to be driving force throughout Michelle’s extensive career developing and executing strategy with high growth lifestyle brands from startups to scaleups over the past 20 years. Through cross functional collaboration and unique team building skills, Michelle has led new departments, sales channels, and brand launches during pivotal organizational transitions in 30 markets worldwide.
Responsible for both B2B negotiations and consumer sentiment toward brands, she is constantly operating on a full spectrum of company goals balancing aspirations with budgets, innovation with heritage and challenging status quo every step of the way.
In her personal time, this native New Yorker appreciates the moments away from it all - whether it be a trip around the world or 15 minutes of meditation in her living room. She’s constantly reading about the latest biohacking trends and working on her personal health and wellness, but equally believing life is a balance and some of the best moments are found at the bottom of a glass of wine followed by a night of dancing, music and laughter. She’s lived in multiple cities and countries and is constantly energized by new people and new surroundings; adding to her world view with each new experience.
